Locked out

I am sick and tired of lockouts, especially the NBA Lockout.  It is possibly the dumbest thing ever. Every body is arguing over the dumbest things, like whether the players are going to get $3 million-$4 million (just an example).  The dumb thing is, while the players and owners are arguing, they are losing a bunch of money.  Already the players union has lost $350 million due to no games being played. The owners lost $200 million just from canceling the preseason, not to mention the whole month of November being canceled.  For those of you who aren't quite sure what the owners and players are arguing about, I really didn't know either.  However I just read a bunch on it.  So apparently the two main things the two sides are disagreeing on is the BRI (basketball-related income) and the salary cap.  Originally the players had 57% of the BRI, giving the owners 43%. Now the owners want it to at least be even, or they get more of the income.  They were aiming for a 50-50 split, however they refused an offer of 49(owners)-51(players) BRI. That is the kind of ludicrous stuff they are arguing about.  The other issue at hand is the salary cap.  The owners are pushing for a hard salary cap of about $48 million, giving the small market teams a bit more of a chance, even though the San Antonio Spurs, a small market team, has been considered a dynasty during the early 2000's. However the players want to keep the $56 million soft salary cap.  It is just all so insane that it is dumb.  I mean Paul Allen, owner of the Portland Trail-Blazers, the 23 richest person in America is arguing over maybe a couple of million $$$.  The way I look at it is, the players are the ones playing the game, this is their job, they should get more money.  Owners are already filthy rich from other jobs, and they aren't even playing the game.  In the end though, both sides are being incredibly ridiculous.

Have you ever tried to do school with thirteen children in your house?  Not to mention 10 of them are under the age of ten.  Its so hard to get anything done.  In fact the blog post might be the only thing that I can get done all day.
Anyways I have been sick for to long and it is not fun, especially coughing.  There is no way to stop coughing, literally.  I think I am going to start a stand up to cancer, I mean, coughing.  People say to take cough drops and sure that would help, for 5 minutes.  Plus it tastes like you just consumed a rotten Skittle
I mean who even knows what a cough actually is.  Have you ever really thought about it???  Huh? Huh? HUH? Ahhhh I am being driven insane by coughing (and the 32 billion children at my house).  This actually has been twenty minutes and I typed like nothing.  Sorry.
